As an iaedp™ Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS), I was proud to have been a contributor to The New York Times article, “Worried About Your Kid’s Weight?,” on behalf of the Ellyn Satter Institute (ESI) aiming to help parents breathe a little lighter about their children’s weight.
ESI, the organization created to carry on the work of Ellyn Satter (a pioneer in the field of childhood feeding and the prevention of disordered eating) very much wants to spread the word about the Satter Models in our professional community.
