Karen Moore, LCSW-QS, CEDS-C is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Qualified Clinical Social Work Supervisor, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, and iaedp Approved Consultant. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida with a MSW in 2012. 

Karen specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma for adolescents and adults. She is extensively trained in various therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Psychodrama, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness-Based, Sand Tray, Play Therapy, and Reflective practices. Additionally, Karen is in the process of trainings for both IFS and Intuitive Eating Certification. Karen is a HAES aligned practitioner.

Karen served as Winter Gala Co-Chair in 2017 and Treasurer from 2018-2021 for the iaedp South Florida Chapter. Recognizing the community need, Karen created an eating disorder outpatient program at a nonprofit for children and adolescents. Later she transitioned into private practice, and soon expanded her solo practice into a group practice specializing in eating disorder treatment.

Karen is the owner/founder of Bloom Mental Health Healing, where she offers in-person and virtual therapeutic sessions. She serves as a consultant and supervisor, offering individual and group supervision.
